Banksia leaves

My first experiences using multiple exposures was with leaves. They hold great fascination for me because they easily hide their rich textures, simple shapes and bold colours. Banksia leaves can look very plane so in this series of photos I have tried to shine a new light on the colours, textures and shapes of the banksia leaf which is in every Australian bushland.
